Was just a wonderful app. Now its an essential app. Every iOS update brings me back closer to ecoute.

Hold on to your money. This nice looking app does all but actually play your music. Ive done everything I possibly could to make it work. Reset it, deleted and reinstalled, messed with every feature. Nothing. And screw Apple for no App refunds

The killer feature is the ability to shuffle by albums.

Great player. Seems to know how to use sound check to level volume unlike Apple stock app. BUT, if I close the app while a song is playing, the song keeps going until I hit pause using the stock Apple Music interface. Please add the option of adding to or building play lists.

The best music player for iOS! Simple and complete at the same time. 4 stars because it does not order albums from one artist by year like native app does (even being in reverse order). The year is not even displayed. Also, the lastfm synchronization fails often.

Since the new native Apple Music App, its UI/UX became unbearable. Ecoute is a beautiful alternative music app! Thank you!

...thank you, ecoute-team. the horrible and confusing apple music app has now left my iPhone. and I finally have a simple and elegant player back.

I like it that the App is always up to date and for example supports 3D Touch! Good App to go with if you have a log of music on your device!

PLEASE FIX: 3d touch menu: can you manage to change the "play all" into play only the current album? thanks

Nice, easy to use. Not so overloaded like iTunes today. One suggestion: Please Add panorama mode and to leaf through the collection how it has been possible in iTunes till iOS 6. S.v.p. Ajoutez vue panaromique avec la posibilité de feuillter comme en iTunes de iOS6.

Longing for the simple and efficient usability of the original iPod from 2001, I found this wonderful app doing a web search for *music app alternatives for iOS*. Whereas Apple’s own music app has become a nightmare to use, Ecoute brings back a clean, hassle-free solution to picking music. With Ecoute, listening to music has become an enjoyable experience again. It’s great that it allows to switch to list view and has a light user interface theme so I can switch to night mode with the triple-click-home-button Accessibility shortcut set to invert colors. In a future release I’d like to see the alphabet headers removed from the genre list view. It makes sense to display long lists sectioned into the letters of the alphabet, but most genre titles are unique in their first character. With a list of 15 genres too much clutter is added by those alphabet headers. The playlist list view only displays an *A* header although names start also with other letters. Again, I don’t need to see alphabet headers in a list of only 20 playlists. A very useful feature would be to add an *all items* entry to the start of each list. So in the genre list an *All Genres* button at the top would allow to see all artists across all genres in the next view. Again, in the artists list view, the topmost entry would be *All Artists*. Tapping that would show all albums across all artists. Lastly, I would welcome a preference setting to sort albums by year instead of by name.

No playlist option available!

Ecoute iOS is just as good as Ecoute.app on OS X which is awesome! No reason to use the default Music app, this app is beautiful and easy to use.

I love this app, but I would especially like it if the song view had the song titles bolded. I would also prefer the tab bar to be on the bottom.

Attention to detail is amazing. Great alternative to the default music player app. Gestures are nice and browsing through album are looks great... However, this app still has a few bugs. If your using iTunes Match, with a library over 10k, browsing is sluggish. Frequent freezes and Search either takes ages to work or does not work at all. All in all... Great app... Fix these bugs and its a

Id really like to be able to see how long a song is as Im playing it, so I can see how close or far I am from the end of it. Other than that, though, its amazing!
